Refund policy
At PAWPLUS, every jewelry piece is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of jewelry that has been worn, used, or removed from its original protective packaging. However, we do offer the following options:
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a free replacement or offer an appropriate solution based on the issue.
2. Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item, we will correct the mistake immediately at no additional cost.
3. Unworn Items — Exchange Only
If the item is unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging, you may request:
- An exchange, or
- Store credit (no expiration)
Please note: We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or preference-based reasons. Exchanges or store credit will be provided instead.
How to Request a Resolution
To request an exchange, replacement, or inspection:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@pawplusjewels.com
2. Include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and provide the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Jewelry that has been worn
- Items without original packaging
- Sale / final-sale items
- Customized or personalized pieces (if applicable)
